Dr. Sailaja's is ****** ******* * very approachable. I had bought my 70 old year father for catract surgery. Its Not just the doctor but the entire staff & crew here are very friendly & up to the point.I am all the more satisfied for the quality of work Dr. sailaja performed. she first evaluated, diagnosed issue, explained what could done in layman terms & then suggested why we had to go for surgery. Totally methodical & this clearly demonstrates her experience & efficiency! Apart from surgery all the other tasks like paperworks, insurance coordination went very smooth. staff here are very down to earth & very interactive. Special mention to Ms. Shilpa & Ms. Lalitha.I would totally recommend this hospital. I have given my sincere review hoping this could help others to take a call as to which hospital they should choose.If i had stars to submit my review, I would rate 4.9 out if 5!

I visited doctor for the first time but she was very comfortable talking to me, as if she knew me from long time. she is very friendly and should give 5 stsr rating to all her attendees / staff too. they are very courteous and explains everything like a teacher to s kindergarten kids.

I had taken my 8-yo son for an eye check up as he was having occasional discomfort. The doctor was thorough with her check up and explanation about the issue. She took ample time to ensure all necessary checks were done and prescribed eye drops, and suggested other precautions too. We were satisfied with the doctor's approach.

Visited Doctor for Chalazion problem which started 4-5 days ago. Doctor was able to identify the problem immediately however she straight away recommended surgery which could cost around INR 2,000 in her hospital. After I requested for medication instead of surgery, Doc reluctantly agreed, saying its very rare case it will get resolved with medication.

Feel since Doc was a surgeon she insisted on surgery instead of medication & also cost of the treatment seem to be expensive in the hospital.

Visited the hospital, my Dad got cataract surgery done last week and his eye sight is good now.Im convinced by doctors utmost care and surgery.Doctor was very patient in explaining the condition in detail.The ultimate thing I adore about the hospital is, In this covid pandemic situation they r taking all the saftey precaution and hospital is sterile which is very needful.Worth visiting this hospital.

Doctor is very friendly and professional, very patient in answering all questions and doubts.

The reception staff are also very attentive and professional in their interaction with the patients.

During this current situation,we felt quite safe in visiting this clinic since all precautions like thermal temperature check,hand sanitizer, masks,etc were in place and the staff were strict in seeing all patients followed the instructions...👍👍👍

Doctor didn't dilated my eyes *** ******* ** **** * *** ** ***** ** ****** ****** after the manual testing of my eyes. On computerized test without dilation my eye power was - 4.5 on manual it was - 3.5 and i wasn't able to see properly through - 3.5 glasses

She is very friendly, takes extra time to answer any and all questions. I had taken my 2 month old baby and wife for treatment. Both got the right level of attention.

She suggests followups often. Strangely followups within a week or so is free!! That should tell you all you need to know about the Doctor.

I would recommend her anytime to anyone.

Dr. Shailaja is a cool doctor with patience to explain the problem and solution.
