Dr. Shruti Patil Naik is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (MDS) with over a decade of clinical experience, and the Founder of Oris Dental Care, a multispecialty dental clinic in Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore.Born and brought up in Mumbai, She completed my BDS there before moving to Bangalore to pursue her MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. What began as an academic transition gradually became a personal and professional transformation - one that shaped me not just as a surgeon, but also as a healthcare entrepreneur.Her clinical practice spans a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures along with all dental procedures, with a strong emphasis on precision, ethics, and patient-centered care. She firmly believe that successful treatment begins with clear communication, empathy, and trust - values that form the foundation of her practice.Founding Oris Dental Care was a conscious decision to build a space that reflects these principles. As a clinic owner, Her role extends beyond clinical work to include team building, systems management, patient experience, and continuous learning - areas that dental school never formally teaches, but real-world practice certainly does.As a woman in a surgical specialty and in business, I actively balance multiple roles - clinician, leader, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. Alongside managing my clinic, I engage in professional networking and business forums to broaden my perspective, foster collaborations, and grow as a healthcare leader.
