I met the doctor for 10 mins during my scan. She was cordial. Although the root cause couldn't be identified at that moment but the doctor gave me few probable reasons.
However, the assistant to the doctor (dont know the name) on that very day of April 22nd, 2017, around 9:30-10 am was very very harsh and I'll mannered. She failed to manage the queue and behaved very badly to an extent that she said if you have an issue with your pregnancy you will have to wait for whole day long and what will I do then. The receptionist s on that floor still need to learn about customer service. Please train them properly. It affects the doctor s reputation indirectly.

She ensured that my scan is completely done even though my baby wasn't co-operating... Nose could not be seen as my decided to face towards my kidney and didn't buzz for quite some time..
Dr. Shruti gave enough time and called me for three times on the same day.. she advised to take a break and small walk and come back.
Finally the face was visible and the nose bone was seen...

Hoped for better: Wait time
My appointment with Dr Shruti was for 11:45 AM on 6th Aug. I had a follow up appointment with another doctor planned in such a way that I could show the scan results to the next doctor. I had arrived at the doctors reception at 11:15 (half hour before appointment time) and informed the staff. But to my absolute dismay I was not called even after 10 mins after my appointment time. And when I checked with the staff at reception they were not willing to give any explanation other than to say there are 5-6 patients in the list. Finally I was called up 12:45 PM - one hour after the appointment time. And it’s not at all easy sitting in the uncomfortable waiting area benches with a pregnant wife. We missed the next doctors appointment due to this delay and had to stay back in the hospital till 4:30 in the evening to see the gynaecologist since she had gone for break. Over all a traumatic experience and I would strongly recommend people to stay away from the OAR Cloudnine. They don’t value people’s time and have very rude reception staff who treat patients with total disdain. Even when I demanded to speak to someone in charge of grievances they took half an hour to get someone to talk to me. But no measures were taken to speeden up in the procedures. They simply don’t care about patients well being and I have already changed my future appointments. Will never think of coming back to this place which doesn’t treat customers with respect.
The biggest joke was their phone customer service line. Someone picks up the phone and says everything will be alright and says they have limitations on helping us. So it’s better if you make some noise in the hospital itself. I’ve given up on this process.

Doctor didn't pay attention to our request for seeing baby's legs and hands. She said baby's position is not giving view of these parts and as the size is bigger now there is less space for baby to move and show parts. One nurse was constantly coming in and going out of the room during treatment creating disturbance. ****** ****** *** ** **** *** **** ****** ******** ** ****** ** ****** ***** ****** **** **** She was in hurry and finished things in 5 minutes. A more caring and dedicated service was expected from cloud nine.

This was for an early pregnancy intrauterine scan, to be specific. I had dey cough. Cough is not something that is under our control.. instead of waiting a few seconds, She clearly asked me not to cough. I controlled for a minute with great difficulty and I asked her to allow me to cough for a few seconds. She didn’t allow didn’t stop, went on hastily and in urgency doing her scan on me dictating simultaneously as I coughed. The one typing the report could barely hear her. Within seconds she completed. Didn’t take a minute also. ******* ***** **** *****
I personally feel very satisfied,prompt,patient,of all very kind and professional .she was never patient lesayto answer my querys.i would definitely recommend to go ahead with her diagnosis.And feel myself lucky to place myself in her hands.Good luck all.

The doctor was not quite friendly and just mechanically did the anomaly scan and didn't explain what was happening for a longtime. The doctor who did my previous scan was very welcoming and explained and re assured a lot which was lacking in this doctor.

I had rushed to the hospital, as I had. To get a bead removed which was stuck in his nose, it was 9.30 pm so a lady doctor removed the bead in few minutes, but the charges was 1000 rs , they said bead removal charges was 500 rs and consultation charges 500, **** ****** *** ** **** ** ***** *** ** ************ ** **** ** *** ******* *** *** ** *** ************* Not happy

Waiting time is almost 2 hrs. What is the use of appointment? Every time I visit cloudnine, I need to wait almost 2 hrs to meet the doctor. I don't understand y they can't improve it. Bad experience with wait time and counter staff has standard answer eveeytime, today there is delay :) Doc was good and friendly..
