I had to fix a bridge that came off while eating. The aapt was fast. I was called in at appointed time. Dr explained the exact nature of issue, advised long term measures for prevention . Then Dr fixed the bridge that came off and instructed clearly as to the care I need to take for two days and to follow the preventive topical medication for a fortnight .
