Ms Jacob is very friendly and helpful. My friend suggested counselling and I was not sure what to expect from a counseling session. Only video consultation was available and I was very nervous and anxious. Ms Jacob explained everything well and I felt very comfortable. It did not feel like a video consultation after a point. I wish she had a better schedule and availablilty. Highly recommend her.
Ms.Shoba is so cool and calm. She helps me with my anxiety problem. During our appointments, whenever I talk to Ms. Shoba about whatever i'm feeling, she gives her full attention and helps me with simple steps that I can do to calm me down. Thank you Ms. Shoba.
