I'm Sri Krishna and having nice experience to meet Dr.Shivaprasad. I was having thyroid problem and related hypertension. My previous doctor put me on unnecessary medication that led to gastritis and poor control of thyroid.Dr.Shivaprasad was able to understand my problem in the first visit. My husbands pulse rate was going down due to hypo thyroidism. So we booked a slot for video consultation as this was our first interaction with the Doctor. Doctor was on time but due to some network issue we couldn't login on time. But he waited for us patiently. He explained everything in detail & recommended proper dose which now is helping my husband to maintain his pulse rate.
