The clinic and staff experience were good, with only the wait time noted as something to improve. The patient appreciated the doctor's cautious approach, preferring non-invasive treatments first due to sensitive skin and past bad experiences with procedures.

This was my first visit with the doctor, and I am genuinely very happy with the experience. She listens to all your concerns very patiently and takes the time to understand the issues before recommending the most suitable treatment. I visited her for acne and pigmentation concerns, and I felt very comfortable discussing everything openly with her.

It has only been three days since I started the acne treatment prescribed by her, and honestly, I am already able to notice visible improvements. The results are much faster than I expected, which has made me feel even more confident about continuing the treatment.
