Last week our baby was healed of what the doctors called an incurable disease (PPH). We had suffered for one month & at that time the pain seemed unbearable & did not know where I was going or what was before me.

Dr. Shashidhar has been with us throughout the entire phase of our little ones journey - from being there at 3am for an emergency C-section and post that as well : those little hiccups, those grunting noises, the sneezes and coughs, follow ups and timely vaccination. Dr Shashi encourages to ask question and concerns about your child's health. He is not a proponent of baby care products and never prescribe lots of medicines.

He never ridicules or brush aside traditional practices and suggests and explains safety measures.

Being a new parent during a pandemic is overwhelming, Dr Shashi not only made sure to guide us about safety of our child but also ensured to provide safest environment for consultations.

We visited Dr. Shashidhar Vishwanath for our children's scheduled vaccination and the 6-year-old's continuous cough problem, which existed for more than 10 days.

The doctor explained the cause very clearly for any common man to understand. He takes away all your tension and worries about your child. You feel relaxed after the visit. Most importantly, he does not recommend unnecessary medication.

He is an excellent doctor with great human values, approachable with a smiling face. He listens to you very patiently and takes the utmost care of your child. Highly recommended.

He also tried to defend his juniors, who did not let us see our baby when he was admitted to the NICU. We believe it was his decision to keep our baby in the NICU for 4 days. After a 9 month long wait, we had finally received what we had been waiting for- a cute face and a tiny pair of hands and legs. The entire family had burst into euphoria but crisis hit the day next when this reason of celebration had an episode of seizure and had to be admitted to NICU of Cloudnine.And it is during these periods when you understand how great a doctor can be.Dr. Sashidhar had been calm and composed doctor and had handled not just the baby but even our emotions. Wonderful experience with Sparsh Hospital Dr. Shashidhar Vishwanath was a wonderful Neonatologist, Pediatrician, and the staff was always helpful and kind. He has terrific knowledge in his field. We went to hospital for premature birth at 34 weeks with complications, we were little panic situation for us as it was my first experience with this kind but after knowing the well adept doctors like him was really helpful. My baby was in NICU for a month. For this entire duration, under his guidance his team were really supported very well and we are very happy with his treatment, guidance, moral support. Now, he is my go to docker for any problems related to Neonatologist, Pediatrician. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Shashidhar is a very experienced pediatrician who understands the infants really well. He goes into the depth of the problem faced by infants to provide the best possible treatment. All the times I have visited him, he has provided appropriate prescription and treatment. He is very humble and explains stuff with his real-life examples making the patient understand what he is doing and why he is prescribing something.
