My name is Gautham. I am 16 years old and I'm from Bangalore. I was suffering from high pitch voice (puberphonia). Seeing Dr. Sanjay Kumar's therapy videos in YouTube, I decided to join the 8 day therapy session. Dr. Sanjay was very patient and addressed everyone's issues professionally without surgery. After the completion of the course, I felt a significant change in my voice. The people who were not taking me seriously due to my voice are now shocked by my new voice. I am 47 years old and had been struggling with a high-pitched, female-sounding voice for the past 33 years. Over time, I had almost accepted that this was something I would have to live with permanently.

Earlier, I consulted an ENT doctor who suggested surgery. However, I was hesitant to undergo surgery because of the possible risks, including the chance that it might further damage or degrade my voice. Voice therapy was never suggested to me at that time, and honestly, I was not even aware that such a treatment option existed. Gradually, I came to the conclusion that I would have to sustain this voice throughout my life.

Hello everyone, previously I got diagnosed with phonotory gap and the doctor told to do surgery but I came across sanjay sir's YouTube video and I thought I should give a try once before going for surgery so I decided to come here in Bangalore and sir told me to do laryngoscopy again and the findings this time are not only phonotory gap but also nodules too so I practice some of the exercises under his observation And I felt more comfort while speaking. earlier I had to put lot of efforts while talking but after therapy the effort is reduced. as my case was little contradictory nodules and phonotory gap together so you cannot do more exercises but he tried his best and the changes in my previous and post voice therapy is not too much so I have to take extra care at home .
