I had taken clear alignment treatment from Veristic labs in this dental clinic.Initially, I was told the results would be just like invasalign and the duration would be very less plus no need of multiple appointments after the initial two months.I explained what I am looking for to the doctor and they recommended I can go ahead with the plan where no extraction/trimming/spacing is required. My treatment extended for more than a year with so many appointments where either there were issues with the aligners or I had concerns with how my alignment was going. I could hardly see results after many months and suddenly I was told I am on my last set of aligners. I told them this is not what I was expecting and then they tell me , if I want better results, I should go for extraction/trimming and a new treatment plan which will cost extra and I had already paid more than 1.3 lakhs. I was so so disappointed and the main doctors are hardly there, and most of the appointments unless if there is some serious concern are taken by the assistants/juniors and they keep changing. The concerns you share with the former , the latter do not know. The main doctors hardly remember you/your treatment and they keep giving explanations/justifications no matter what complain you raise. **** **** **** ********* ***** ***** **** ** *********** *** ******** I have been so much respectful and sincere towards all my appointments, taking time out of work but ultimately nothing mattered and I wasted not only so much of my money but also my time and the goal I had in my mind regarding my teeth alignment. Very very disappointed. 1.5 out of 5 stars.
