I take my well-being seriously, which is why I opted for a comprehensive full-body panel. This time, I noticed mildly elevated TSH levels and decided to consult an endocrinologist. Naturally, I chose Manipal Hospital, as it has been my preferred healthcare provider for several years.
Long story short, I walked into the doctor’s cabin, handed over my reports, and provided a quick background about myself—how I’ve consciously followed a whole-food, plant-based diet for years, strength train six times a week, and incorporate cardio conditioning. Given my disciplined lifestyle, these unexpected TSH levels were surprising. *** *** ***** **** *** ******** ******** ******** ******* *** ***** ****** *** ******** **** ******* ****** ******** ******* I was appalled by his apathy but chose to keep my cool and continue the consultation.

I truly hope that everyone, in a position of responsibility, learns a lesson or two about empathy and the basic etiquette of human interaction.
