Very good *** ****** ************* ****** ** *********. My condition is quite complicated and glycemic control has been a big problem all the time even though I'm on insulin.I have multiple complications of T-II Diabetes and many other docs give that horrified look when they see my reports. Dr. Satish has helped me manage it very good even though it was really bad when I met him in NH. Even though minor issues arise at times he has a solution every to bring it under control.Very kind and highly recommended.

We visited for evaluation and management of pre-diabetic status. Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels were reviewed, indicating impaired glucose tolerance. Lifestyle modification with emphasis on dietary changes, weight control, and regular exercise was advised. No medication was prescribed at this stage. Follow-up blood tests were suggested after 3 months to monitor progression and assess the need for pharmacological intervention if lifestyle measures are insufficient.
