I liked how Dr. Rohit Nair took the time to understand my issue and gave a detailed explanation of the treatment process.

I had food lodged between my teeth (upper jaw molar) during peak Covid 2nd wave. I was skeptical to go to a dentist to check on that due to Covid madness. I tried managing at home for a few days but in vain. When I examined it myself, I could see some dark black spot on 1 tooth and I have also had sensitivity issues on that tooth for a long time now. So, visiting a dentist became a necessity. After searching on google and reading reviews posted very recently to understand about Covid precautions, I ended up selecting IDent Advanced Dental Solutions, Kadugodi. Many people said all Covid appropriate behavior was followed and the doctor (Dr. Rohit Nair) was doing a great job.

So, I got my appointment and went for a consultation. As it was during peak Covid 2nd wave, it was only through prior appointment and it was just me and the doctor in the clinic on that day & time. Dr. Rohit clearly explained what the problem was after examination and X Ray results. He proposed that I do a Root Canal Treatment with a crown on 1 tooth and it should arrest all my sensitivity issues and fill up the cavity. Like most of us, I was afraid of going to a dentist because those procedures are very expensive. So I was inquisitive about the charges for the complete procedure and how long it would take. The charges were definitely nominal and more so, doctor explained in detail about the complete procedure and that it will take about ~3-4 sittings in my case. He also prescribed a toothpaste to limit sensitivity issues until this whole RCT is done. I was able to make an informed decision based on his explanation.

I started off with my RCT after Covid 2nd wave eased out a bit just to be on the safer side. Dr. explained before and after each sitting as to what was going on and what precautions I will need to follow until my next visit to prevent any damage to the temporary filling. I would say about 98% of the time, the procedure was pain free and I also didn’t have any shooting post-op pain (obviously shouldn’t happen as the Dr. explained that the roots are removed during RCT as against your general filling). Took pain killers as prescribed to help alleviate the pain. During 2nd sitting, he was able to also investigate and fill a cavity on the adjacent tooth as I complained about a little bit of sensitivity issue while having cold food items. RCT was fully completed in 3 sittings and the 4th sitting was for crown measurements. He gave me different options for crown based on material/technique/cost. I chose the one that I could afford and it was ready in about 3 days. 5th sitting was for crown fixing and as promised this was done in just 10 mins. Dr. gave me inputs on general oral hygiene to prevent these issues and also to maintain better gum/teeth health. He has requested me to come for a follow-up after 5 days just to check if the crown needs any minor adjustments.

I have not been addressing this tooth issue for years now fearing it will be an expensive affair. Luckily, I consulted right on time to prevent any further damage. Overall, I have a complete positive feedback in getting this RCT done at IDENT with Dr. Rohit. Even during his busy schedule, he took time to explain what the procedures are and any other questions that I had (and I actually had many questions as I’m visiting a dentist after many years). A big thank you to Dr. Rohit and I’m now relieved of my tooth issue. I’m sure my final follow-up visit goes as easy as all the previous sittings as well. Appointment time was always maintained and I didn't have to wait at all.

I’m also looking forward to getting a general consultation/scaling done at least twice a year at your clinic.

I visited Dr Rohit's clinic for root canal treatment. I was really happy with all the protocols followed by him and his staffs which was very much needed during this current pandemic situation in Bangalore.

Firstly, Dr Rohit made me so comfortable , he was very humble , had friendly approach and hence I was able to share all my dental problems along with the one persisting now. Reason being I gained that confidence with his approach.

I visited Dr. Nair with complains of acute toothache. without any prior appointment. I had to wait for not more than 10 mins to see the doctor. He was quick enough to identify the culprit tooth and suggested rct. we started the process on that day itself. I have to say that it was by far the best dental care I have ever received. It was absolutely painless and fairly quick. For cap. again he suggested multiple options and helped to pick the right which happens to be not the most expensive one. I definitely recommend Dr. Nair for all dental issues.

I had a great experience from this clinic. I had my unaligned teeth corrected in a matter of few days due to my time constraints and it was done with utmost precision. Dr Rohit looks into the problem and suggests a solution that is in the best interest of us. I had my gum correction done as well. Usually teeth alignment procedure is carried out after gum correction but in my case due to the time constraints, it was done last with careful planning. Overall a great experience and would recommend Dr Rohit to everyone.

I initially went for a different clinic after which i got so my questions to be clarified. Doctor is so pleasing and calm in making me comfortable, patiently explained the issue in detail in my tooth and also suggested multiple approach rather than directly jumping into RCT. After ruling out the other possible approach,I was advised with RCT. Must say Dr Rohit made the entire process so easy and smooth. Whenever i got pain, He made me to feel easy, updating what he was doing in the RCT every often. He took ample amount of time to complete the procedure without any rush. Most needfully he was always available in his phone number whenever needed clarifying my queries. Clinic is very well maintained and tidy. I am apprehensive when it comes to doctors especially dentists. Due to severe toothache I had to consult Dr Nair. He explained all the treatment options out of which he suggested me to go with Root canal treatment considering my age and condition of the tooth. Let me share my experience with Dr. Rohit Nair. Believe me, when I stepped in, I had a sense of fear with the dental treatment, a human perception after all. But when I met Dr.Rohit Nair, things changed. He is an absolute magician with amazing craftsmanship for tooth related ailments. He was calm and composed, made me understand what needs to be done, I had to undergo RCT procedure and a complete clean up for my teeth. Considering my travel plans, Doc recommended a plan to go with and accomodated with his busy schedule and I was absolutely fine with it.
