I am writing this review to share my honest, personal experience as a patient at Manipal Hospital, Bengaluru. In April 2025, I sustained a severe ankle fracture following a slip-and-fall accident and was admitted to Manipal Hospital for treatment. Dr. Rewat Lakshman conducted a thorough examination of the injury and advised that surgery was necessary. Naturally, I experienced significant anxiety regarding my mobility and whether I would ever be able to walk again. However, Dr. Rewat confidently assured me that with proper treatment, I would regain independent mobility within a few months. He successfully performed an ankle reconstruction surgery using implants. My recovery progressed smoothly, and I soon transitioned into physical therapy. True to Dr. Rewat’s assurance, I was able to walk independently a few months later. Most of the surgical implants were removed in March 2026, and today, I am fully mobile on my own, experiencing only occasional swelling. Got ankle surgery done by Dr Rewat Laxman. I had trimalleolar fracture which is a serious case of ankle fracture. I am more than happy with how Dr Rewat has handled the surgery. I visited this doctor when my mother met with bus accident and her spine L2 got fractured. I met many doctors in case of my mother but all doctors gave me clear reply to have a spine surgery done . I was very confused where to get the surgery done.

After some time my one friend suggested me that you should meet to Dr. Revat (Apollo spectra hospital)

So I met to this doctor. He said that he could perform the spine surgery.

I got the surgery date within one week and after the surgery was done my mother recovered within one month of time and she started walking again.

We were very happy with the kind of treatment she received from the doctor as well as all the staffs from the hospital. All the staff members were so kind and we did not feel like we were in a hospital. Hospital atmosphere feels like home .

Doctor Rewat Laxman operated my left knee a month back! It was an ACL surgery. Doctor is very friendly and understand issues and explain them.

At a time when decisions are debated with plenty of social affirmation, and medical options always having been heavily deliberated, I understand reviews have a lot of power but also that they can be extremely useful when done right. Which is the least I can do for Dr. Rewat. He was always warm, open and clear with his diagnosis and plan for the surgery. His explanation and methods always had the big picture of long term recovery in clear view, and his language just the right mixture of professional opinion and friendly advice. He's happy to give you as much time or thought as you need while being open with communication channels from the start. Great experience, highly recommend.

I had consulted Dr Rewat after i had a fall and had an ACL tear which had to be reconstructed through surgery. Dr Rewat ensured that i understood my physical situation and didn't rush me for surgery. He was approachable and explained at length my status and progress before and post the operation.
