I recommend Dr. Renu Nair. The treatment has started well, and I am hopeful about the results.

I have been to couple of dermatologist in the past couple of years but i can 200% vote for Dr Renu. She is everything what I needed - compassionate, caring, great ears to listen to patient issues, she made me feel so comfortable that i will continue with her for my other hair related issues as well. Kudos to the front office staff also. A clear reflection of their Dr madam. Very humble and nice people. No rush, no drama, no attitude vibes you will not find anything of this sort here. I was having hair fall problem for last 11 years. It was not too much so I was applying home remedies and using all market available hair products as self treatment. But recently I started seeing tremendous hairfall and It reached at the level where my scalp was starting to visible. So, I read about the doctor's work in Practo and decided to visit and after using 3 weeks of medicines and serum, I see 80% reduction. I feel too much relaxed. She has also recommended for PRP treatment and I am looking forward to take that.

Dr. Renu Nair carefully listened to my concerns and gave good remedies and suggestions. She clearly explained when to take the tablets, how to apply the creams, and recommended helpful changes to my daily routine for my acne pigmentation treatment. I was satisfied with her clarity and care.

A terrible experience right from the start.

First off even before you enter, you see a clear poster indicating that if you are coming through Practo you’re at a disadvantage as you need to pay higher, the staff also constantly reminds you to not use Practo.

My appointment was scheduled for 6, on reaching I was informed that the doctor came in an hour late for which there is a delay. I was told the wait time would be 30 mins, unfortunately even after 65 minutes I was informed there are 3 more before me waiting. I can understand the doctor having an emergency for which she was delayed, but could the staff not inform us prior? As the clinic had no place to wait either with many waiting, had to stand outside for long. The staff did not even seem to regard the delay as an issue, it felt like it was an everyday thing. There were others before and after me too who faced the same.

This was my second visit to Dr. Renu Nair, and she was very friendly, listened carefully, and answered all my questions. I was cured of post-scarring after tinea versicolor from the previous treatment. I would rate the overall experience, including hygiene and staff behavior, as 5 out of 5.

I visited Dr. Renu Nair for eczema and found her very professional with a proper diagnosis. She clearly explained the treatment and provided a printed prescription. The clinic was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and professional.

Had visited for hair concern. The appointments are not streamlined and receptionist doesn't inform if there is a delay. We had to wait for 1 hour 20 minutes to meet the doctor.Doctor had suggested some tests and we were told to WhatsApp the test reports. We had promptly sent the test results and waited for further instructions. Had called and reminded them of the reports, but they never reverted back. Finally, met another doctor and sought second opinion.

Dr. Renu was patiently listened to my problems and gave me the required medications to solve my dandruff related issues. Also, the staff was really helpful in terms of identifying the location and reminder about the appointment. Will recommend for sure
