It was a great experience consulting with Dr. Renu. She is very patient in listening to the problems and providing the right solutions.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Reenu. She was exceptionally friendly, patiently listened to my concerns, and expertly explained the causes and treatment options. I have been to couple of dermatologist in the past couple of years but i can 200% vote for Dr Renu. She is everything what I needed - compassionate, caring, great ears to listen to patient issues, she made me feel so comfortable that i will continue with her for my other hair related issues as well. Kudos to the front office staff also. A clear reflection of their Dr madam. Very humble and nice people. No rush, no drama, no attitude vibes you will not find anything of this sort here. I was having hair fall problem for last 11 years. It was not too much so I was applying home remedies and using all market available hair products as self treatment. But recently I started seeing tremendous hairfall and It reached at the level where my scalp was starting to visible. So, I read about the doctor's work in Practo and decided to visit and after using 3 weeks of medicines and serum, I see 80% reduction. I feel too much relaxed. She has also recommended for PRP treatment and I am looking forward to take that.

A terrible experience right from the start.

First off even before you enter, you see a clear poster indicating that if you are coming through Practo you’re at a disadvantage as you need to pay higher, the staff also constantly reminds you to not use Practo.

My appointment was scheduled for 6, on reaching I was informed that the doctor came in an hour late for which there is a delay. I was told the wait time would be 30 mins, unfortunately even after 65 minutes I was informed there are 3 more before me waiting. I can understand the doctor having an emergency for which she was delayed, but could the staff not inform us prior? As the clinic had no place to wait either with many waiting, had to stand outside for long. The staff did not even seem to regard the delay as an issue, it felt like it was an everyday thing. There were others before and after me too who faced the same.

More than a doctor she is such a nice person ,She listens all our issues with patience and explain the root causes properly a** ***** ********* *********** ********** Rare to find caring doctor like that.

And I should appreciate the reception staff also they all are very kind and helpful.

****** **** ** ***** ************* *** the desire to isolate the issue and cause was very visible. Knowledge of surrounding topics not directly related to Dermatology was also visible demonstrated. Minimal recourse to medicines or diagnostic tests. This is a refreshing change from the plethora of dermatologists, most of who are trigger happy in recommending expensive diagnostic tests and medicines. Keep up the commitment and integrity doctor!

*** ** *** **** ******** * **** **** ********** My appointment was at 10:45 am but I was in pain and requested them to consult as soon as possible and the staff was so helpful, they sent me in as the first patient at 10:15 am. The doctor listened very patiently, she was very calm. Unlike other doctors, she explained me the reasons why the problem happened and after writing all the medicines, she explained why she has given each medicine. Thank you Dr.! It was such a helpful experience.

Dr. Renu was patiently listened to my problems and gave me the required medications to solve my dandruff related issues. Also, the staff was really helpful in terms of identifying the location and reminder about the appointment. Will recommend for sure
