I wasn't really sure on how to cope with loneliness as a young adult. This was my first time meeting a therapist and i am very thankful for dr.reeti. I was not aware of my problems but I knew I was not leading my best life. She patiently and step by step brought me out of a very dark place, thank you ma'am for all youre help!
I was very stressed. So I asked Reeti to talk to us individually. After listening to my wife, she was not a counselor but my wife's advocate. I might be wrong in what I did. But I should have gotten a chance to speak without interruptions and the blame. I felt worse after the session. It has been 3 days and my terrible feeling continues.
