Ms. Ranjani Raman is a Dietitian, Child Nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is also certified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for lectureship all over India and holds a life membership in the Indian Dietetic Association. Her great passion towards the subject made her start her own Nutrition services company called Nutrilife in 2013, with a clinic based in Bangalore, through which she and her team offers various services such as Nutrition counseling, personalized diet plans, corporate and school nutrition programmes, nutrition consulting & menu planning for health-based companies, concept development for food start-ups, nutrition testing, nutrition blogging, wellness workshops and more.She has a broad experience in the field of exercise & fitness, diabetes management, therapeutic nutrition, food testing, corporate nutrition etc. For over 5 years, which enables her to give her best quality service by going the extra mile, with pure passion and involvement. Me and my husband enrolled with Ranjani and team for the 3-month program.
We enrolled so that we get into a habit of controlled eating along with Nutrition benefits.
Initial 2 weeks was indeed a struggle however post that when the weight as well as bloating was getting reduced, that became a motivation to follow the diet. Their plan included our cooking style and food preferences. We enrolled for a sustainable food habit and not hard weight reduction plan, however with correct proportion of food, the weight reduction also happened. They also guide you when you have to attend any occasion or taste/crave for some specific cuisine in the right way. I understood the importance of eating the right food at right time.
One can join if you need someone to help you, support you, someone to push you even if you tend to deviate.

First of all, I am truly grateful to Dr Ranjani and Srinithi for introducing me to a healthy and diverse range of food options.
My lipid profile such as cholesterol and triglycerides were quite high, and I was advised to start medication. Around that time, I was introduced to Nutrition Tattva. Dr Ranjani and her team designed a personalized diet plan, and I was extremely happy to see a significant improvement in my lipid profile within just 6 weeks through dietary changes.
What started as a diet plan eventually transformed my overall approach to food and health.
White rice used to be my only staple food, but now I have been introduced to millets, oats, and brown rice. I have become much more mindful about portion sizes and understand food ingredients better. Earlier I used to struggle with evening snack choices, but now I have several healthy options thanks to the guidance provided.
Over these 12 weeks, I have developed a more disciplined and structured approach toward food and nutrition.

My journey started with a wake‑up call after I entered post‑menopause. No matter how many diets I tried from Google or social media, nothing worked. I eventually gave up on losing weight. Then one day, I thought, “Let me try a nutritionist*this will be my last attempt.” I genuinely don’t know how I came across Ranjani, but I’m so glad I did ******* * ***** ** ** *** ***** ******
Their diet plan worked beautifully for me and completely changed how I look at food. Utkalika constantly checked in on me and guided me through my food intake. My weight loss was slow because of how my body responded, but not once did Ranjani’s team make me feel insecure about it.
In the beginning, when Ranjani said, “Use the chat often and ask any questions,” I thought I wouldn’t need to*I believed I could handle everything myself. But eventually, I ended up messaging them a lot! They were always so supportive. You can ask them anything*whether your day is planned or unplanned*they guide you on what to eat and what to avoid, especially if you’ve already had a Big meal.
They also taught me not to feel guilty about food, which really helped me overcome emotional eating and focus on my health first. I learned easy shortcuts to cook healthy meals, and that’s helped me maintain my weight. I even travelled to India and still managed to maintain it, which is a huge achievement for me.
