My father recently underwent hernia surgery at Aster Hospital, Bangalore, under the care of Dr. Pruthviraj Sethu madhav, and I would like to share our experience. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled very professionally by the Doctor . The consultation with Dr. Pruthviraj Sethu madhav was very clear and reassuring; he patiently explained the condition, the need for surgery, and the procedure in detail, which helped us feel confident and prepared. The pre-operative process at the hospital was smooth and well organized. The nursing staff and coordinators guided us through all the required tests and formalities without any confusion, and they were always approachable for any questions we had.

On the day of the surgery, everything was managed efficiently and on time. The surgical team led by Dr. Pruthviraj Sethu madhav was highly skilled, and the procedure went successfully without any complications. The staff were attentive, supportive, and very patient, which made a big difference during the recovery period.

Overall, our experience at Aster Hospital was very positive. I went to Dr Pruthviraj when i was in intense pain over a cyst right next to my breast. He performed the surgery the very next day, helped me with everything including the admission to the hospital. The post operative care was extremely critical & he helped me in the **** possible way to fit my busy office schedule. Very very cooperative, and an extremely efficient surgeon.

Additionally, the billing department also needs significant improvement. They showed minimal courtesy and failed to explain whether it was possible to adjust or reduce the bill. ** *** * ******** ********** ******* **** ***** as they didn’t show respect or empathy towards clients during payment.

My request to the hospital management is to address these issues with proper training for the staff. Apart from this, the hospital is well-maintained, with clean rooms and washrooms, making it a promising choice for healthcare.

Despite these concerns, I would still recommend Medicover Hospital because of Dr. Pruthviraj’s exceptional care and expertise.

I visited Dr Pruthviraj for a cyst removal surgery. Right from the 1st visit till surgery and post surgery, care was really fantastic. Dr Pruthviraj is very approachable and reachable for any queries/ clarifications. He explains the issue and treatment process very clearly removing any anxiety to make you comfortable.

He ensured that the surgery was done In a timely manner. Post surgery, he monitored closely and ensured discharge is done on time. Follow up visits for dressing was attended on time with great care.
