Experience with doctor is very pleasant and satisfying. She has helped me with my problems. But there is issue with management of crowd if only could receptionist be smart enough to inform if its too crowded or so it would be very much beneficial.

I request these receptionist to be more humble towards all the patients and guide each and everyone equally and be smart enough to tell the patients if crowded to come at particular time or atleast speak kindly in phone.
