I was explained in detail in a lay man's language what my problem was. Dr. Battepati answered all my queries with utmost patience. Alternatives were also suggested, keeping in mind various elements.
While I was waiting for my turn, (since I had turned up earlier than my appoinment time), I had the opportunity to observe his team as well and found them most friendly , always with a smile and willing to help.
Dr. Battepati also ensured that I was escorted down to the parking area
as it was raining .

Dr.Praveen was very accommodating. From the moment I met him at his clinic, he reassured me on multiple occasions, which so refreshing and made me feel better.
