Dr. Referred me for ex-ray to North side health care cbi road RT Nagar Bangalore. But they had changed rs. 400/- despite i was reffed by CGHS on credit basis being a retied pensioner. Is it appropriate to charge rs.400/- from CGHS refferal retired pensioner. Please clarify.
