Being from the IT industry and working in the same position for hours and years I developed severe shoulder and back pain. The pain was excruciating and kept me worried as I could not move around much. That’s when I consulted Dr Poornima.

First thing is she is very calm and professional, explained everything she did very clearly and this took away half my worry. She took time to explain the cause of the shoulder and back pain which I believe is now very common. She did not rush into getting reports instead she suggested some exercises and change in posture which immediately showed results.

Eventually I took the Ayurveda Massage Therapy which helped subside the pain completely. Great Doctor !!!

The rating is purely for the diagnosis *** *** ********* ***** ****** **** *** ** *inspite of meticulously following the regime advised by the Doctor, plus the initial detox massage (worth 9k) and monthly consultation and medication (2.2 k avg / month) , lost hopes after 4.5 months. My disappointment is not about the medication *** ******* *** ** ******** *********** I had absolutely no issues with doctor, she's very approachable, responsive. I only wish the diagnosis was better. Nothing personal, this is a rating forum, don't intend to influence decisions. Just sharing my honest experience .

Doctor well experienced, she heard me patiently, built confidence in me, was able to come out of fear and clear my doubts, she had motherly approach i could spend good enough time she also guided me through fearfully situation I was going through, with practical example. I would be happy to meet her again for her warmness and friendly support.

My son suffered from allergy for seven years. We tried so many medicines and doctors but it was not working. But with dr. Poornima no allergy now. She is not suggesting many medicines but giving suitable medicines. Her diagnosis is amazing. I consulted for cough. She diagnosed this is from acidity and it is cured now. She is amazing. Fees also reasonable. Always she talks very politely and smily face. I am feeling she is my mother or aunt. I love her so much.
