Dr. Pooja Sahu (Physiotherapist)

Hello recently I visited doctor Pooja's physiotherapy for my Dorsolumbar Spine (lower back pain), so at starting she clearly took clarity about the previous scenarios what all happened & then she explained what is my current situation & what all should be done for my recovery, she clearly told nearly 6 - 7 sessions is required as per your condition. Then I agreed and joined that day itself and started my treatment, initially I was not feeling anything because I had severe pain, day by day after 3 to 4 sessions some what it reduced my pain, actually i took 10 session because I was having more pain, after that as assured by Dr Pooja nearly 80 to 90% my pain got reduced, as she advised to stop my session and now am continuing my regular exercises which was taught by her, currently now am back to my normal life again.

My personal suggestion kindly don't give a second thought for getting treated here, as she is having good experience in this field ,very knowledged, supportive and kind too.

Visited Dr. Pooja's physiotherapy for my frozen shoulder treatment. She is very polite, friendly, and was really helpful throughout the treatment period.

I am very happy that I could see good progress in 2-3 sessions of exercise and with the help of focussed equipment used for recovery. Visited Dr. Pooja’s Physiotherapy Clinic a couple of weeks ago for treatment relating to severe muscular upper back spasm. Dr. Pooja is a miracle worker if I may call her so. She diagnosed my condition with minimal review and established a course of treatment for me which worked like a charm. Her compassionate & understanding nature, flexibility in accommodating time, the focused equipment used for recovery, cleanliness of the facility, post treatment consultation for rehabilitation exercises are but a few of the tick in the boxes I can enumerate in my summary of experience. Highly recommend Dr. Pooja’s Clinic for anyone who is this in requirement of assistance with regard to physio rehabilitation.

Dr. Pooja is a wonderful physiotherapist. I went to her for neck and shoulder pain that was making me miserable. I felt the difference in just 2-3 sessions. She is knowledgable and patient. She listens well to the patient and understands the issue. She explained my issue in simple terms and gave a solution. I went to her prepared to have at least 10 sessions but she assured me the pain will be gone in just 4-5 sessions. And that actually happened. The best part is that she didnt push me to have unnecessarily more sessions, that a lot of doctors today do. After the sessions, she taught me simple exercises that are easy to remember and practice. I visited Dr. Pooja' physiotherapy last week for my neck pain treatment. Pooja was very generous *** ****** ** *** ****** she gave answers to all my queries regarding exercise, precautions, ergonomics etc . and followed by some physiotherapy through the machine. I had come to know about this online and when I was looking for my problem. That is how I landed here . I took 10 days session as guided by Dr Pooja and that’s how I started with my treatment. I had problem with my Neck and cervical and some sitting postures correction. This was diagnosed. I underwent whole session and in the last most of my problem was gone. I took different therapies for my ailment. Some exercises has been suggested to me post this session myself at home. I am happy with the treatment and care provided here. I had done my ACL surgery, Dr. adviced me to do regular exercise and take physiotherapy sessions but hospital at distant so I went nearby physiotherapy centre where I met with Dr pooja Sahu who was very generous and expert in her field. she gave answers to all my queries regarding exercise, precautions, food etc .
