We had met the doctor for my daughter and it was for health concern related to fissures. ********* *** **** ** *** ******* We felt very comfortable with her. My daughter went through the surgery. I can definitely recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor for one week, she told if pain was not there, then she can stop the medicines. There was no waiting time in the hospital. My daughter is fine now. Hospitality was good.

I have a 9 month baby and I have undergone surgery in smiles hospital before two months which I will regert *** ** ***** *****

Major mistakes that has happened:

1.Even before surgery Pavithra mam asked me if am a lactating mother. I said No but she missed to prescribe me antibiotics post surgery. When this came into Parameshwar sir's Notice she told like "I didn't prescribe her antibiotics since she was a lactating mother" If at all I got infected means who would have suffered!? For proof, I can even show the post surgery prescription sheet.

2. In the YouTube videos, Parameshwar sir used to say he will do surgery only if it is absolutely needed but he did surgery for grade 2 internal hemmoroids *** ***** ******* ** *** **********

3. The ** ****** **** colorectal surgeon promised me ** *** that i will be completely free from fissure in 2 to 6 weeks. Now it's been 2.5 month since operation and am still in so much pain. When I enquired about this to the surgeon he is telling me to do pelvic floor physiotherapy as I have pelvic floor dysfunction. Why couldn't doctor diagnose this even before doing surgery!?? ** **** * *** *** ****** ***** *********** ******* ** *** ******* ********4. After the surgery When I was going through the discharge summary I needed some clarification so I called Soumya mam and asked why was surgery done Coe grade 2 hemmoroids..was it absolutely essential and for that i rude tone she asked " Do you want me to charge you more for doing hemmoroid surgery as well along with fissure surgery"?

Dr Pavithra was very nice to me and very well taken care of me during my visit to Smiles @ Mathikere. She was TRULY AMAZING and incredible in handling patients. My suggestion to the management is to pay her more salary so she will not look into the opportunities outside Smiles.

I am also impressed with the friendly and professional staff members in this hospital.

I am really happy with Dr Pavithra. He was no less than a God to me. I was in so much pain when I showed him and I was having a flight in same week. But he saw , he simply said with so much confidence that i will do a minor surgery and post that you will be fine and I will make sure you are able to take your flight and enjoy your vacation. . Don’t worry and you will never face this issue again in life. His confidence really motivated me for the surgery and I got admitted . Surgery was really quick and post care also I got and really feeling better now . So experience with him was really good and I definitely refer this hospital for any haemorrhoid issues. Do not hesitate at all and show it to him. You will never feel awkward.

Admitted to smiles due to covid . And the doctors were very friendly and treated me really well and post covid recovery I had few problems and dr Pavithra was very responsive and very caring I recommend this hospital

Dr. Pavithra is really good at listening to the problem. She took the detailed history and explained the cause and precautions very detailed.
