After treatment at different clinics, I opted for Physio 365 because of many positive feedbacks from friends. The symptoms analysis, clinical diagnosis, treatment plan and follow-up sessions went so very well as I could feel immediate relief/comfort. A gratifying relief from a decade old and excruciating ailment/pain. I was very much impressed with the personalised and professional manner of treatment. I had been to Physio 365 several times including my family. The service provided is unparallel by Dr Rajan and team visiting home even during lockdown as I had a severe Sciatic pain. Team is very knowledgeable and reasonable in their pricing. I would strongly recommend many to visit Physio 365 if you need a quick relief from mussel related issues and I bet you would get the best care that is possible especially that Dry needling Technique and other treatment. Dr Rajan assessed my back sprain via a thorough examination. It was in fact a neck sprain, the pain of which was radiating to my back, below the left shoulder. He explained the problem to me very clearly and adviced to perform more adequate stretching exercising before any intense physical activity. Dr. Rajan administered treatment by performing a series of massages and neck movements. I was very comfortable throughout the process and within a matter of minutes the pain, which was bothering me for almost a week by then, had started to subside. Subsequently he showed me stretching and strengthening exercises that I should do in order to avoid future injuries of the same nature.
