Mr. Nitin Mehra is an expert in behavioral sciences (Counselling Psychologist), delivers coaching, counselling and training in diverse settings (Private Practice, Clinics, Rehab, Online and Corporate Workshops) and multiple domains especially in the field of Health Psychology, Relationships, Life Skills, De-Addiction and Career Counselling. He did his Computer Engineering and worked in companies like Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase and HCL Technologies for over half a decade. His passion for reaching out to people and deep interest in human psychology and existential philosophy evolved him into his present profile. He has done his Masters in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore and is pursuing his Ph.D in Psychology with research in the field of Existential Therapy. He directs his private practice Harmony Wellness Concepts in Hsr Layout and works as a part of a specialized team of Doctors, Psychiatrists and Health Coaches with training in innovative coaching and counselling approaches. He takes limited private sessions to be able to deliver his best and maintain the quality of attention. Rest of the time is dedicated to Research and Writing.
