We approached Dr. Nishanth Shetty at Imex Care Clinic for my father’s dental problem. As part of the treatment, my father underwent tooth implantation and root canal treatment. The entire treatment was done very well and at a reasonable price.
During our first visit, Dr. Nishanth Shetty clearly explained the treatment plan, including the step-by-step process and the total estimated cost. This transparency helped us understand the procedure and plan the visits accordingly. Since the treatment required multiple sittings, we visited the clinic several times, and each time the team coordinated well and informed us in advance about what would be done during the next visit.
The doctors and the entire team are very professional and work in ***** coordination. Even though the clinic is busy, appointments are well planned and the waiting time is minimal.
Before coming to this clinic, I had consulted multiple doctors regarding the same issue. Compared to others, I found the treatment cost here to be more reasonable, while the quality of care remained excellent. The clinic is also very well maintained and hygienic.

I’d 10/10 recommend this clinic for dental care. The entire process was very smooth - I was attended to right at my appointment time, and the X-ray was taken immediately in the clinic itself, which saved the hassle of going elsewhere for imaging (something that often happens at other clinics).
They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience very comfortable. Another thing I really appreciated was the transparency in charges * ***** **** ** *********** ******* ** **** ************ **** and I only paid a minimal amount for the prescribed medicines, which were also available right at the clinic.
Unlike many places these days, they didn’t add *********** charges or recommend unwanted procedures. It’s honestly refreshing to find a clinic like this in a city like Blr.

We visited the clinic for the first time today based on friends’ recommendations and feedback from others. The experience was excellent. The doctor was very genuine and took the time to explain the treatment plan and approach in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence.
The doctor was not present during my visit, and a trainee doctor attended to me instead. She was good but did not provide the advice I was expecting.
