We visited Dr. Nisha Gupta for my 5.6-year-old child’s dental treatment involving a pulpectomy, teeth removal, and fillings. From the start, she made my child feel comfortable and safe, which is so important at this age. She has a natural ability to build trust with kids and ease them into treatment.
Dr. Nisha carried out a detailed examination, including X-rays, and explained each finding clearly in simple terms we could understand. One tooth required a pulpectomy, two were close to that stage, and two needed removal as they were naturally nearing shedding with new teeth erupting. For two borderline teeth, she recommended fillings and monitoring instead of rushing into invasive procedures.
She patiently explained every step, took informed consent, and proceeded at a pace that was comfortable for our child. The procedures were done carefully and professionally, and she kept our child calm throughout with a friendly, reassuring approach. Along with her courteous and supportive assisting staff, she made the experience very smooth.
