Firstly, Dr. Neema called to inform that she may be delayed since she was running late for the appointment (haven't had this experience with any doctor yet). And then she made it before the appointment time.

Dr. Neema was very patient in listening to my mother talk about her condition and gave her all the attention needed even if there were repetitions at times. She made my mother feel very comfortable during the test. She explained in detail all the exercises that my mother needed to do and took time to put it all down on paper for our reference.

Very happy wit the experience.

We visited Dr Neema for my mothers hearing problem. My mother was never ready to accept that she has a hearing issue, and we literally forced to get her to the clinic.

The way Dr addressed her concern was mindblowing. In 15 minutes she could be very close to my mother and my mother started explaining the situations where she wasnt hearing us. we were literally shocked :D

She is wearing haering aids for her loss now, and very happy with it.

Wonderful part was that she never forced us to anything , but she made us understand the importance of the use of machine..

this needs great patience and knowledge . Kudos

My voice is so bad from 3 years and visit many hospital but it not cured.my friend teasing me lot my voice is like mix of girl and boys voice I am not wish to go to college.after that I visited cogent care near hoform.i meet dr alok banka.he send to neema mam.that mam helped very much and now my voice change a lot now my friends r telling little bit ur voice is changing.i thank full to dr alok and neema mam🙏🙏very much I will never forget them I my life tq mam🥰🥰 thank you so much mam😍😍🙏🙏

First of all I would like to thank my friend who referred me to this centre. I am very happy with the service and the clean ambience of the centre. And also I would thank the doctor for the excellent guidance and care given to my kid. Doctors and all staff are very kind and polite in understanding the problem and the situation. Not only takes the inputs from us she actually assess the kid then comes to the conclusion and starts the therapy. Now he has shown a rapid change in expressing/ speaking skills once. He has started telling and making sentences.Really happy. It is great progress within the short period which was possible only buy your guidance and patience in caring him . 

Dr. Neema N Kutty, has all the empathy and kindness to listen and provide the best consultation, treatment to her patient. Very happy and satisfied with her way of treatment, good diagonisis of my clild. My spouse and i would highly recommend our friends and family to her for audiology and speech therapy. It was very hard to make my father understand that he is having a hearing problem, he never used to accept it. We took him to Dr Neema, I was very impressed by the way she handled him tht he is now happily wearing hearing aids on both ears Wch makes us easy to communicate too.

Dr.Neema was extremely cooperative and took confidence of my Son and all of us within few minutes in our first visit itself.She explained us all the scenarios of speech delay and what could be done to get through this. She spent enough time with my son and did not get into conclusions immediately which is great.She is a very polite person and is very good and cheerful with kids.

My son was diagnosed as DSL with ASD. He was termed non-verbal by few other therapists, they openly told us to go for Alternative methods and for we parents it was a great tragic fact to accept. Met Neema coincidently when we went for my sons vaccination. She asked us to train alternative way but focus on making him speak or vocalise simultaneosly. She found time to talk with his teacher to help him in class, she even made us bring our maid who looks aftr our son and counselled her how to handle him. Her words were so strong and empathetic that we felt a positiveness whenever we finish a consultation with her. My son says few words now, understands most of the common things around him. Most importantly calls us MAMMA DADDA : which made us write this review. We surely recommend anyone to meet her , she s very friendly,undertsanding, comfortable and helpful

I am at utmost relief after consulting Dr Neema. I purchased a pair of hearing aid from a reputed clinic and i was never happy with the results. I kept blaming the hearing aids. I coincidntally met Neema mam at Cogent care clinic when i wnet for my mothers voice issue . she tole me that she can help me if i trust her.

Programming a hearing aid requires dedicated hardware, suitable software, and the knowledge and expertise that only years of training can provide. The process is inherently complex and requires a huge amount of fine-tuning to get right. Instead, it is essential to always entrust the entire programming process to your audiologist.

I wish i bought the machines from you mam, i would have never been struggling with it then. Thanks a lot for your time and patience

I met Dr Neema regarding swallowing issues for my father. We had no clue y our father was reluctant to eat anything, he will just cough and throw up everything. Dr Radhika referred us to Neema Mam she came and did some assessments and asked us to follow few exercises. Being a son seeing father in such a condition ofcourse got very angry, I thought it’s just a way to grab money. She spoke so calmly and told me pay only after a week. But do the recommended points correctly. It’s been 15days now and my mother tells that there is good difference even though not back to normal now we hav a hope that he will come back to normal.
