Ms. Neelam makes you feel very comfortable. She makes it a safe space for people to open up. Sometimes, it's difficult to ask for help, but she has a keen eye to understand people, their needs and their concerns, I have personally benefitted a lot from being a regular at her therapy sessions. Therapy is always a good idea, if you want to know more about your thoughts and patterns, it helps you improve as a human being. I admire Ms. Neelam's approach about the way she conducts her sessions.
Neelam was a great help in my time of a deep low. Her approach to helping with self-discovery and repair was helpful in me regaining some lost ground in many facets - after some personal life debacles.
