My father had a burning sensation near chest and was having breathing issues while walking steps. We visited Dr Nagesh Sir at BGS Hospital based on our family's relative recommendation. Nagesh sir listened to all my father issues and went through all medical records. Sir advised us to do Echo & TMT tests. TMT results came strongly positive, sir advised to test Angiogram. Initially my father was feeling very tired and very weak. So we had to check with local doctor and after checking the heart rate, they immediately told to check with cardiology.

After we visit to another local cardiologist, he said my father's heart rate is more than 180 and need immediate admission to hospital.

My husband 49years we were under treatment in other hospital. They has asked for Angiogram and Stunt insert. But after Angiogram they said that By pass Surgery should be done there was no facility in that hospital.
