I have not seen more unprofessional staff and doctor than this, here is the incident which isn't expected from medical professionals.We were looking for ENT specialist available in the evening and found him available on practo, called the clinic to cross check and after they confirmed booked the appointment, but after we reached, there was no doctor, after sitting for almost 20 mins the staff comes back and says sorry, upon asking that we need a doctor says sorry again.Would request practo as well to look into this and take corrective action.we had to leave without seeing the doctor bcz doctor wasn't reachable.

The doctor did not turn up at the clinic. Did not even respond to calls made by the clinic receptionist to him. Unprofessional conduct to say the least.
