Ms. Meera Jayant Mundle

Ms. Meera J. Mundle is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and experience across multidisciplinary hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and private practice. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns, helping them navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.Her areas of work include anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders, stress, and substance use concerns. She also has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, college students, and working professionals.Her therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based interventions. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that combines compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies to help individuals better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.She is also trained in comprehensive psychological assessment and case formulation, supporting diagnostic clarification and individualized treatment planning.
