Ms. Ann Treesa Rafi

Ms. Ann Treesa Rafi, is an Assistant Professor at Montfort College in Bangalore, and a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner at Montfort Counselling Centre. She has been using CAT extensively in her clinical work adapting the model further to fit well with the Indian society and culture. She has a keen interest in understanding how relational procedures can be presented symptomatically as addictions and abusive behaviors. The issues she has worked with range from depression, anxiety disorders, addictions, divorce, work-life balance, parenting, bullying, abuse, eating disorders, etc.She has worked with different groups including old-age, women, adolescents, migrants etc. Ms. Ann Treesa Rafi is also actively involved with developing programmes for school age students in addressing various mental health issues and safeguarding them from such issues..
