I had been to consult Akshata, since I had creepy doubts regarding my diabetes management at a very young age of mine. I was devastated by the very statement that I am diabetic. But I must say, I was explained thought fully about my condition and what can be done to effectively manage it through diet. The importance of frequent meal timing and a few snack options in a quick go and the breakfast options as a working women. I’m impressed with her professional expertise and would highly recommend.

first of all im not writing this out of haste . my results speaks for itself . being diagnosed of diabetes at a younger age(i thought it was a ds of the old) my whole world came crashing. even more when my treatment wasn't helping , i changed medicines , doctors , nothing helped . i was suggested by someone about zealth . here i met ms akshata . first of all they got rid of all my myths about the disease . then with simple changes in my diet one step at a time they changed my whole lifestyle . now i must say i feel i hardly have a disease . im maintaining well on medication , even my doctor is shocked. thank u soo much for making my life better , i hope many more follow through. keep up the good work

I was gaining a lot of weight which in return was affecting my sugar levels. We as patients believe and create a lot of myths though not intentionally. Dr. Akshatha helped me break out of these myths about my eating habits. She not only gave me a diet but explained why I should avoid or include a particular food item in my diet and didn't ask me to just follow her instructions blindly. The confidence of the doctor in a way passes on to the patient to actually start the diet and stick to it and that's what she gave me... A lot of confidence.
