So this is my recent experience with Dr. Mohit Singhal. I visited him in cloud nine hospital for general check up for my baby as he was having cold and gastric issue. After that one fine day I observed small small red allergies on my baby body and face. So we thought to visit doc clinic “care and cure” which is near to my home. On first visit he told us it’s normal just apply good shop and good lotion it will go but it increased so I asked in whatsapp he has given one cream “ siloderm mixi” which worked any all allergies cured from the body but in the face it was still there so I asked doc on the whatsapp he told to put some other lotion this time on face. I have shown the image of the product then he has given me the link to pay for video consultation. Like really?? We visited 5 days back for the same issue in the clinic and the issue is still persists. As per the clinic they told us 6 days we can come for follow up without paying. The doc is saying why you are asking so much questions on phone? Its a duty of a doc to make the patient understand about the medicine and the process of applying it.

Rather than sending the payment link if he would have asked me to come to clinic and visit that would be also a acceptable comment from a renowned doctor.

We have been visiting Dr Mohit for my twin daughters for close to 2 years now. ** ** **** ************* *** have been guiding us through all small & big concerns/issues from time to time. All vaccinations have been taken near him. He understands the issue really well, consults in detail, makes you comfortable, gives a personal homely touch during the consultation, provides right guidance for the kids sometimes which may be a home remedy. He is focused, does no beating around the bush. His objective is kid should do well & illness gets cured. A very approachable doctor who would reassure that you are satisfied with the treatment. Pediatrician would require a certain type of patience as their patients are kids & may not always be co-operative, throw various tantrums in his cabin but he would not mind a bit. He has a smiling face by nature which is a good attribute for a pediatrician. Overall I am satisfied with all the treatment given till date to my daughters & would like to continue visiting him.

Our daughter was born at Cloudnine, and since then we’ve been consulting Dr. Mohit. We regularly visit him and always follow his guidance.

We really had very bad experience with Mohith Singhal. He has behaved very rudely with us. Our fault was that we asked few questions related to our baby and at the end, he became so frustrated and told us that you are asking so many questions..

We said that we are paying money and we didn’t ask even a single invalid question.. And why should not we ask the valid questions.. The bad thing is that he asked us to get the urine test done for our 4 months old and he asked us to send the report to him on whatapp.. We sent him but no reply yet even after reminder.. Then we called him and he was again very rude and saying that why should I reply.. I wont reply.. Even if you will come to the hospital, I will not answer correctly on the reports etc etc.. ** ** ****** * **** *** ****** *** ******* **** ***** ****** *** ********* ********* **** ********* With this, at the end he says that I will not check the report because you already asked so many questions..b

My baby's first doctor and it's being almost 18 months I am visiting him for the consultation and vaccination.He is a very good doctor.He listens very carefully before prescribing the medicine for my baby.He explain the health issues of my baby briefly and recommend the proper diet and medicine which is very good.A very friendly doctor indeed .

We traveled for one hour in traffic and then waited another half an hour in the queue at Cloud Nine, only to get such an unsatisfactory response.
