Dr. Mohammed Abrar Shariff

Dr. Mohammed Abrar Shariff is the Unit Head – Department of Paediatrics. With over a decade of clinical experience. He has completed MBBS, followed by MD in Paediatrics, both from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. Over the years, Dr. Abrar has worked with reputed institutions such as Fortis group of hospitals, Vikram Hospital & Sparsh group of Hospitals, gaining extensive expertise in Neonatal critical care, Pediatric Critical care and general Paediatrics. His core competency is in not only in dealing with sick children ranging from newborn period up until adolescence but is also a very renowned name in General Paediatric care. In his previous professional stints, Dr. Abrar was instrumental in setting up the department of paediatric & neonatology along with all pediatric subspecialties. Dr. Abrar is well known for his excellent communication skills, compassion towards children & ethical based treatment protocol. Dr. Abrar is an active member of Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) reflecting his commitment to ongoing medical excellence. Fluent in Kannada, English & Hindi.
