First of all please accept my apologies for writing feedback so late.

I am suffering from Asthma from childhood and Bangalore weather conditions made it worst and pushed me to take Steroid based Inhaler and medicines.

The prolonged intake of medicines had made my immune system very weak , triggered body pain ,joint pain ,gastric problems ,indigestion and many more...

Few years back also I have tried Ayurveda but I was not satisfied as I was ended up with stomach pain,Nose Bleeding and Weakness.

Just to give another try to Ayurveda ,I visited Sukhda Ayurveda and met Dr. Meenakshi .

She listens patiently to your problem and will be in constant touch ,observes you , gives feedback till the treatments lasts***** **** ********* ********* ** *** ********She is very good in explaining the problem and what is the root cause .

I am thankful for the treatment and will surely recommends her.

She is very friendly. She gave enough time to explain my symptoms and concerns. She was patient enough to explain what was happening and answer any queries that i had. She did a thorough examination and explained to me about the cause. The prescription was good with no side effects and regulated dosages. She kept me in observation for 4 weeks and prescribed panchkarma treatment in order to recover my immunity. This was my 5th visit and i am very happy with the treatment.

Panchakarma helped me in detoxifying my body and strengthening the immune system after long illness. I now feel Rejuvenated. Thanks to doctor !

Doctor Minakshi is just not a good ayurvedic doctor but also a very good human being.She goes through all report in detail,listens to you and provides her recommendation. she provided me the care and confidence which I needed. Dr. Minakshi is one of those people who builds up the faith in ayurveda.

Dr Meenakshi is very friendly in nature. She listens to patients carefully and gives ********* treatment and recommend only the medicines that are required. I visited her for skin problem. I am much reliefed now. She is just like a family doctor. I also visited her for:

1. Suvarna Bindu Prashana for Kids - Very good for boosting immunity in kids

2. Hair Pack - Its very effective in controlling the hair fall.

3. Face Pack - I usually go by bike and due to pollution my face was multilayered with dust. I used this face pack and I like it. I feel like refreshing my face.

With patience and following​ guide lines of Dr. Meenakshi am glad to share that my hair fall not even in control but seems more healthier.

Since it's Ayurvedic treatment you have to believe in treatment which starts giving results in quite some time. Indeed it's worth and healthy than others cosmetic which are harmful in long run.
