I recently completed my clear aligner treatment and I am now in the final stage, and I genuinely had a very smooth and positive experience with SMILE ‘m’ BRACES.

From my very first visit, the doctor explained everything in a way that was simple and easy to understand. They clearly told me how aligners work, what the overall timeline would look like, and what kind of changes I should expect gradually. I had a lot of questions in the beginning, but the doctor was patient and answered everything properly. That clarity really helped me feel confident and relaxed about starting the treatment.

What I appreciated most throughout the process was the planning. The treatment felt well organised from the start. Each step was explained, the progress was monitored during follow-ups, and it always felt like things were moving according to a proper plan. Whenever I came in for an appointment, they checked the fitting and progress carefully and guided me on what to do next. Even small things like how many hours to wear the aligners daily, what to do when shifting to the next set, and what kind of pressure is normal were explained clearly.

Another huge advantage for me was that I had almost no restrictions on food, ***** ** *** ** *** **** ***** ***** ***** ********* Since the aligners are removable, I could eat whatever I wanted without worrying about brackets or wires. I just removed them while eating and then wore them back after rinsing and cleaning properly. That made daily life so much easier. The overall journey felt comfortable and manageable. There was mild pressure when changing to a new set sometimes, but it was expected and it never felt like a big issue. After a day or so, it would feel normal again.

The clinic hygiene and cleanliness were also very good. The place is clean, well maintained, and gives a professional feel. The staff were polite and supportive, and the whole appointment process was smooth. Booking appointments was easy, and the clinic handled scheduling in an organised way. I did not feel confused or left wondering about the next step because they guided me at every stage.

Overall, I am happy with my clear aligner experience and the progress I have achieved. From consultation to planning to follow-ups and reaching the final stage, the process was handled professionally and comfortably. I would recommend this clinic to anyone considering clear aligners and looking for a clean clinic, clear explanation, and a well guided treatment journey.

So I had a severe infection in my pre-molar which required a RCT. Dr. Mahesh and his team very skillfully tackled the problem, which needed many delicate maneuvers like re-structuring a wall etc. Lastly, a crown was fitted perfectly on top of the operated tooth. I am very grateful to Dr. Mahesh and his team for their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire treatment. The procedure was explained clearly at every stage, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I am very happy with the treatment that I have received so far at Smile’m’braces. I am 29 years old and I started treatment an year ago. I had overcrowding and crooked teeth. This was affecting my smile(and my self confidence in pics).

From the very first consultation, the team at Smile ‘m’ braces(Dr Mahesh, Dr Pallavi) made me comfortable with the treatment plan. They explained the different treatment options available to me(different tyes of braces, aligners), the pros and cons of each treatment option. I opted to go with the damon braces for my treatment.

The treatment itself started with cleaning process. After that, the clips were bonded onto the teeth. The bonding process took about 45mins, and was painless. It took me few days into get used to clips and wires in my mouth. There was mild pain in the first week or so. It was mild enough that I did not require a pain killer. Apart from the initial week of treatment, I have not faced any difficulty eating food. I am able to almost all types of foods(though i need to ensure break the food into bite sized portions beforehand).

I required extraction 8 months into the treatment. This was done smoothly at smile’m’braces with minimal disruption to my day to day life and work.

During my treatment, the appointments were timely. They usually happen once a month. Each appointment takes about 5-10 minutes. Its to be appreciated that the doctors explain the progress so far and the next steps in layman terms. This helps you understand what is going on in the treatment plan.

The clinic is easily accessible. The clinic is maintained clean and is very hygenic. The staff are courteous and polite. For example, sometimes the wire in my mouth would protrude naturally or due to eating some specific food items. In such cases, the doctors were always available to help fix the wires/clips almost immediately(same day).

My treatment is still in progress - but the results so far have been incredible - you can refer the image(taken just before start of treatment and a year later). - afterall a picture speaks a thousand words 🙂.

Overall 5/5 and would recommend anyone to visit here for their dental/orthodontic requirements. I want to thank all the staff members Dr Mahesh, Dr Pallavi, Ms Padma, Ms Chandrika for their dedication and support.

With the help of assistants. Treatments such as removal of damaged teeth and fix caps on that place and root canals of some teeth to save those natural teeth and put caps on that place and took measurements to replace new denture both upper and lower jaws. On that time i was suffering from lot of pain, and took prescribed tablets and gel for healing the effected areas as per the advice by the jr. Dr. Once again they have to check the new denture and sent to the lab, for proper fitting. Finally they had reached their goal as per ur proper guide lines. INFRA AND EQUIPMENT (5/5) - good infra and modern equipments are being used.

APPOINTMENT, RECEPTION (5/5)- We can book appointments over phone and we will get an confirmation SMS. The waiting area is spacious and normally we don't see overcrowded as it's well managed thru giving appointments.

STAFF (5/5)- Friendly and good staff. Staff includes a resident dentist who is good & professional and staff nurses are also supportive.

APPOINTMENT TIME KEEP UP (4.5/5)- When you are going to a specialist doctor, you have to give him abundant time. You cannot expect him finish treatment in hurry like a meeting and move to next one. In that aspect, while taking appointments, they take carefully. You don't feel you're waiting toooo long there.

DIAGNOSIS and TREATMENT (5/5)- The doctor carefully hears the problem and then start digging the root cause. Most of the time he prescribes a full mouth XRay n related things . And with that he start explaining you what's the problem now, what will happen next n what's the solution . Then he gives 3-4 different treatment options. For long term treatment (like braces etc) he offers good installments.

BUDGET - He offers 2-3 different treatment options depending on money. So we can select the suitable based upon Ur budget. But on the process of treatment, you find treatment is worth of money .

MY EXPERIENCE - (5/5)- I liked the approach of the doctor in tackling the problem. Every time I say any problems he address with smile . (If possible I'll write one more feedback on treatment , my overall experience and outcome after my treatment is fully completed)

AVAILABLITY (5/5) - every day evening Mahesh sir will be available in the evening and morning resident dentist will be available. So for any pain or queries we can reach out there. We can call him as well. For emergency,we can call n we can go directly otherwise we have to take proper appointment.

SUGGESTIONS- Don't go with empty stomach. Fill atleast half stomach, Coz sometimes after the treatment, he recommends you not to eat anything for 1/2 - 1 hr. Keep 15-30 min for the treatment. Brush well and go there. Follow all the instructions said by him.

- clinic is on the main road and near to BMTC bus stop.

- addresses majority of the dental problems.

Cons:

- less parking space.
