The doctor comes across as genuinely interested in the patient's welfare, and takes the trouble to extend her examination beyond the needs/ symptoms reported by the patient. She explains the content of her observations, and in my case, she even helped me to better understand the kind of spectacle-lenses that I require. This is going above and beyond the service that most perfectly well-meaning but crowded eye hospitals will provide. For once, I was not nervous while trying out lenses over and over, because she absolutely insisted that I take all the time I needed.

Dr. Sujatha is very patient and kind. She explained my eye condition in simple words and made sure I understood the treatment process. I felt very comfortable throughout.
