well I took an online treatment on practo. doctor was on time , extremely professional, listened to me .but the solution which he gave me for sciatica pain was not satisfactory as he said it could take 2 years, 1 year , 6 month anything to recover. Just do physiotherapy. no other solution was discussed. I am just 31 and last time I had this pain I was fit in 15 days completely.
