Dr. Kshama Arhan

I had visited Kshama for my sprained ankle based on positive feedback from my mother who used to be her yoga student. Kshama is a very pleasant and approachable person. I took 10 sessions of yoga from her and loved the way she patiently explains and makes you understand the yoga poses that is being taught. She teaches only those yoga poses based on your body and any specific medical condition. I like the way she mixed both Yoga and Pilates to ease my ankle pain and as well reduce body weight.

i got to know of dr kshama through a friend of mine ,i met her in regard to my infertility issue which i was facing since quite some time. ACUPUNCTURE is something which i had never tried before , but am extremely glad that i met Dr .Kshama and also underwent acupuncture treatment from her . we took about 20 sessions of acu and there was a drastic improvement in my endometrium lining and also there was substantial increase in the flow of blood . today i am in my second trimester and i owe dr. kshama a lot. this wouldn't have been possible without her support . thanks again .
