Krishna is a gem. I have come across many therapist but the knowledge and way of dealing of Krishna is unparell. He makes difficult things so easy and gives such a logical and practical solution. I never thought I could achieve mental peace to this extent if it wasn't Krishna. Anyone going through any mental problem - he is the go to guy. Very very helpful and I will recommend everyone seeking mental help, go and have a session with him. Your time, energy and money will find it's worth completely.

He has followed Mindfulness techniques in therapy and has helped setup a daily activity schedule.
