I had been dealing with an L4-L5 disc bulge since 2021, which started after weight lifting with incorrect posture and without proper guidance. With medication and limited physical activity, I was able to manage my day-to-day life for several years.

However, in July 2026, the pain became significantly worse. I struggled to walk straight and experienced considerable pain in my lower back and buttock. After X-rays and an MRI, it was found that there was significant disc protrusion between L4 and L5, causing compression that required further intervention.

Today, just two weeks after the surgery, I am able to walk comfortably without the earlier discomfort and am recovering well from the post-surgery pain.

I had disc bulge and disc degeneration (L5-S1) for over a decade with multiple episodes of severe back pain. I had developed leg pain over the past six months that became so excruciating that I was unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes. I am a 31-year-old working woman, and this completely disrupted my personal and professional life.
