I came across Dr. Jyoti and Health Global Homoeopathy through Google while I was looking for treatment options for renal microliths. I had severe right-sided vertigo in September 2025 and had been seeing a neurologist in Noida for two months with only partial and temporary relief. Still experiencing recurring dizzy spells, I decided to try homeopathy and found Dr. Jyothi Kadkol of Health Global Homeopathy in Vijay Nagar online. I contacted her for an online consultation and immediately felt at ease.
Dr. Jyothi is extremely understanding and patient. She listened carefully to my history and symptoms, answered my questions, and reassured me that improvement was possible. After starting her prescribed treatment, I noticed significant improvement within the first month. By three months my vertigo had largely resolved, so I continued treatment under her care for an additional six months.
After six months my vertigo and dizziness were cured, though I experienced a residual floating/waving sensation in my body and neck. Dr. Jyothi explained this can happen and reassured me it would improve with continued treatment.
