Dr. Joseph Jaganathan

Dr. Joseph Jaganathan was good and friendly. The procedure to fix my cap was quick, and the clinic staff were helpful. The wait time was reasonable, and I would rate the overall experience around 3 or 4 out of 5.

I have always feared dentists. Basically, someone with a drill in my mouth is not something that puts my mind at ease. In fact, when my wisdom tooth split in half I held off from visiting for months but finally the unbearable pain forced me into Dr Joseph's office.

To sum up my entire experience in one word... brilliant. He explained that he would have to extract my wisdom tooth and it is slightly complicated. He took my consent, anaesthesised me and set off to do his work. He extracted the tooth in the least painful way and with minimum discomfort. Yes there was some pulling and prodding but nothing that made me uncomfortable.

I have one more tooth to go and am actually looking forward to getting it done.

I went for my lower tooth replacement. I am happy with the cosmetic work done by Dr.Joseph in Star dental clinic. He gave me different options for the replacement of my front tooth. The rates too were reasonable for the quality of work done. Wishing him all the best.

I have Dr.Joseph helping me out with my dental correction. It was very pleasing to be greeted by a doctor who was so pleasant and very comfortable to share our concerns with. Our continuous sessions with him has definitely improved my tooth condition. He is extremely approachable and looking forward to recommend him to my extended family and friends as well.

I had lost my front teeth in accident. In Star Dental Clinic, Dr.Joseph explained to me all the different options available for the cosmetic teeth replacement.The treatment was done within the promised time and i am very happy with the prosthesis . He gave me some discount in the total bill, which was very kind of him. Now i am able to smile more confidently after the fixed teeth were made .

I went to Star Dental Clinic for teeth cleaning. My teeth had a lot of stains . The cleaning was scheduled for two appointments as i was told that through cleaning takes time . The work was up to my satisfaction and I am happy with the results. I will recommend Dr,Joseph. He also educated me on the correct dental hygiene technique.

I went to Dr Joseph thinking that I have a cavity. But Dr. Joseph said that what I am thinking a cavity is actually tartar deposit and I need a deep cleaning. H also found out 11 cavities, out of which 6 were in stage 2. He explained everything nicely and made me comfortable about the procedure. He did the entire cleaning and cavity filling in such a way that I don't feel uncomfortable, pain or any other discomforts. I will recommend this man to others in the location.

Dr.Joseph's clarity in explaining the diagnosed problem, correction procedure involved, & costing of the procedure was very good. He was calm, composed, & cheerful through the process. On completion of the procedure, he ensure i could see the repair work done, my comfort post repairs. He also did indicate that I was free to visit in the next 7 days in case I feel any issues with the treatment.
