Her ability to tailor make post operative rehabilitation programme ensure speedy recovery even in complex orthopedic cases. Dr. Isha has a special interest in Pilates and uses the exercise form for both injury management and injury prevention.
I came to Dr. Isha with a fracture in my right tibia. She has been nothing but extremely helpful and supportive with regular therapy and modifying my exercises as per my body. She does my mobility testing every 45 days to check progress. All my doubts and worry as a patient are addressed by her and it’s been an amazing journey with her.
Sessions with Dr. Isha played a major role in my rehabilitation post a arthroscopic knee surgery. She guided me with targeted progressive stability and strength gaining workouts which ensured that I recover as planned.
