Ms. Hema Sampath

Hi , this is Suresh. Im working as a software engineer.

From childhood i am very silent and reserved type, i read books a lot.

From my behavior i came to know that im an introvert. Being an introvert i have problems like can not make friends easily, can not mingle with people that easily like extroverts. Do not have more girl friends like my friends. Im always getting troubled by these problems, comparing with others and when i compare with others i got depressed and low that why im not like these people. And im not satisfied to lead my life as a software engineer because i like other profession but can not able to shift the profession that i love.

So i consulted Ms. Hema. She started the conversation nicely and slowly started to know my problems. She gave suggestions and steps to mingle with people and to make friends, and more over she gave the confidence that being an introvert is not a problem and every one is having all the capabilities and unique capacities. She gave great steps to shift to the profession that i wanted and confidence to lead my life successfully.

Ms. Hema , cleared the block that i was having from my teenage that im an introvert and can not lead a successful life, she changed my mind that im also having all the capabilities like all others.

After the session , i got the enough confidence to face the world and to lead a successful career.

People who have problems like me, just consult Ms. Hema and lead successful and peaceful life.

I visited Dr. Hema due to the stress and heartbreak I was facing in my personal life. being a first timer visiting a Psychologist I did not have much faith on how she can help me in dealing with my issues.

so there I was, sitting in front her, in her cabin, not knowing how to start a conversation or discuss my problems. she initiated the discussion by asking generic question and understanding why I was there.

next thing I know, I am crying. all the anxiety, stress just pouring out of me in the form of tears. As I started explaining my problems and issues I was facing, her responses were stunning. I was shocked to know she could understand my problems from my point of view and responded to it showing a completely different angle to it.

it was enlightening. I had never seen my own life from different perspective or had never even imagined how it is to be on the other side.

now its been more than a week since I visited her. I wanted to see if her suggestions made any impact in my life and they surely did. that's why I am writing this review. I can definitely see changes in me. one session with her was enough for me to understand what was happening with me and why. her suggestions changed my point of view and how to deal with my problems.

this is my suggestion to whoever reading this post. if you are facing any problem relating to your personal or professional life and can't speak to anyone about it, then surely visit a Psychologist and if you are visiting Dr. Hema, then I can vouch for her. being a successful professional and being loved by my family and friends, I never thought I would ever have to visit a Psychologist. also the social stigma attached with it, never allows you to explore this option. but once you visit a Psychologist, that's when you realize the value and how much we need it in our life.

She is a fantastic therapist, so it was a journey of self-discovery and healing for me. Ms. Hema Sampath has been an enormous support for me over a long period of time in different situations in my life. With her, I've always felt an immediate sense of warmth and comfort. She always provided me a secure and non-judgmental space where I was able to express my insecurities and deepest emotions and phobias. In every sessions, her good listening skills and empathetic nature helped me open myself in ways I never imagined. Moreover, her expertise and extensive knowledge enabled me to get important insights into my ideas and feelings. My sessions with Ms. Hema Sampath has been truly transformative.

I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're searching for a therapist who is not only highly knowledgeable and experienced but also kind, encouraging, and devoted to your well-being. I am extremely grateful of her advice, expertise, and continuous support.

I cannot speak on how she handles other issues* ****** * ** ****** **** *** **** ******* ************** ** *** *** *** *** ******** *********** ******* I went with my husband and we both regretted. Her pattern is to identify who is more vulnerable of the two and push that person into the corner, shake his/her confidence, *** **** * ******** *********** In our case she tried doing it to me, ********** ************ ** ******** ******* ****** *** **** ************ ****** **** **** **** *** ******* **** **** ** *** ********* ** *** * ****** ********* ** *** *********** "U have to accept male ego, u cannot change it". Can u believe it? An educated psychologyst uttering these biased statements. And in the end she had the audacity to say that I am talking conveniently. Also, throughout the session *** **** ******** and not for once she asked how long me and my husband have known each other or how we connected* ** * ****** ***** **** *** *** **** *** ********* * ****** **** **** ** *** **** ** *******

So this was my first ever visit to a psychologist. I had no idea what exactly to expect despite going through all the reviews. Still i thought of giving it a try. So i found out about Ms. Hema through practo and booked an appointment. When i reached at her clinic, there she was, a wonderful lady emanating positivity all around. I had an impression that psychologist like any other doctor would ask questions like what is wrong, what made u come here but to my surprise no such questions were asked. Rather we started a normal conversation like any two people do. She is so brilliant at her job, without me specifying anything she could understand my problem just by having a light conversation and she was very empathetic and patient. She listened to each and everything i had to say. She answered all the questions i had in a very practical manner. I really got a claity in my head after consulting with her. She is wonderful. I would recommend everyone who are seeking for a consultation to visit her. I don't think my words are enough to express my feelings. So it was a really good experience for me. Thank you dr. Hema. Made me realise my faults . She explained it carefully and thoroughly . Took her time and had a good disposition .

The first hour was decent, the second hour doctor had fixed beliefs that she was imposing and seemed judgemental. I came out feeling worse, about things that weren’t an issue in the first place.

Sessions did not help me, ** ****** ******* **** ******* She would not connect with any of my issues, I felt none of her views were neutral.. Most of her words were from the point of culture and society. The solution what she offered was not convincing me. However, I didn't wanted to drag it further and had to conclude say ok ok ok, thanks.

After the first session itself, I didn't wanted to go for next one.. I told the same to my husband, because he got really anger on me.. I forcefully had to attend the second session.

She asked me to come for individual session later, since there was not connect and it was not helping me, I managed to say no for further sessions.

Doctor is good but she does not respond to you after the session is over. So, there I was a little disappointed because you have various questions and doubts around what is going on in your mind and how to deal with it at that point. So, the fact that she was unapproachable after the session was a let down for me. I would prefer doctors who care for their patients throughout till the problem is cured and resolved especially it is expected of a counselor who is supposed to give motivation, strength and care to the patients dealing with mental issues like stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues. She will guide you to follow the right direction and tell you to bring clarity and purpose in your vision. However, this was a little contradictory because she had two different view points in my two sessions with her which left me confused as to be committed to what I have chosen or to look for a job for my growth.

Usually many people will have adjustment issue when we are newly married, similarly us..

This shouldn't be left as it is.. It will get worse and worse and the post marriage life becomes horrific...

I was tired of not knowing how to solve this.. Struggled 2 years and the situations became very bad day by day...It took my wife to suicidal stage..and she was admitted to hospital and one of the doctors in the hospital wanted us to separate...

But with the support and suggestion from my family, atleast to consult any psychologist before separation..

But I didn't had hope, it's not solved in 2 years.. How some one can solve now!!!

My thinking was wrong.. There are few people around you who can do miracles.. She is none other than Dr. Hema Sampath, psychologist at regenerating lives BTM..

Our life is completely filled with happiness now and me and my wife are very co-operative post counselling with Dr. Hema Sampath....

If anyone of you come across similar situation.. Dont delay it.. Consult the doctor as soon as possible.. Believe me, you will experience a blissful life..
