I started therapy because I was struggling with anger, some substance use, and honestly just feeling confused about myself. I didn’t have a very clear idea of what was going on, just that something needed to change.

Gunjan has been a very learned and experienced therapist.
I had fear of the idea to reaching out a therapist, but Gunjan really feels like a friend when you talk to and share issues. Unlike my past experiences with the therapists, she really helped to understand my emotions and feelings, also helped me understand about my trigfers.
