And th My baby 1 year 1 month had wheezing and the emergency at C9 Old Airport Road sent us to Jayanagar C9 Kids as they had PICU. Dr Girish who saw the baby first said the baby looks fine and smiling. And then said continuous nebulization will be required and placed baby on oxygen. This did not help in improving the condition of my baby but worsened than what was before as there was no antibiotics given. If my baby looked fine then Dr Girish should have questioned Dr P C Nayana Prabha who sent us to Jayanagar Kids instead of sending us home. The duty doctor Dr Chandrashekhar who came at night on day one for rounds asked why is antibiotics not started with the nurse? Dr Girish started antibiotics on day 2 and my baby recovered immediately after the first dose. My baby unnecessarily suffered for 24 hours due to Dr Girish not giving antibiotics. Post that, Dr Girish sent blood samples for H1N1 test. I still don't understand the logic here between H1N1 and Wheezing. Dr Girish then said we have to stay for two more days till H1N1 report arrives. I said i don't have money for this on day 3 and Dr Girish changed his colours and immediately got my baby discharged that evening without bothering about the H1N1 test result. ***** **** ** ****** ** **** ** * **** **** ****** *** **** ** **** ** ***** ** *** **** ***** *** **** *** **** ********* ********* *** ********** ** *** ********** *** ********* Any doctor first starts with antibiotics but this doctor was different. He wants the patients to stay in hospital for long by going through his Text Book approach of medication and consultation. more..

My kid was suffering from fever since 6 days with minor scars on fingers in both hands which were about to be cured in a day or two.

It was just a matter of time where in the fever would have been cured by simple antibiotic. But, the doctor suspected it as "Kawasaki desease. Such a experienced guy telling us to get such a small kid admitted for venal injection of antibiotics for three atdays atleast and wanted to keep it for observation thereoff. We felt awestruck for a moment and has been advised cost of about 1.3 lacs can you believe.
By gods grace we have felt like taking second opinion hence to other doctor, he just advised for oral 5ml each twice daily antibiotic syrup. My kid is now totally recovered in theee doses. No scars as well.

May if at all I come across someone to recommend any doctor, believe me it cannot be cloud nine.
